Youth In Motion participants had an opportunity to design their very own Mother’s Day gift this April at Imagination Pottery (IP). Before heading to IP, we had pizza and drinks at Restoration Church where the story of the Last Supper (Matthew 26) was read aloud. It was a great reminder of how the Last Supper encapsulated several essential teachings of the Christian faith: the institution of the Eucharist, servant leadership, the command to love one another, forgiveness, the unity of believers, and the promise of the Holy Spirit.
Thanks to all the volunteers who made this event possible. Also, thanks to Megan and IP team. We all had a great time. Check out their website (ImaginationPotteryStudio.com) and photos!
